Single varietal, single vineyard Pinot Meunier hand-harvested at the end of October 2023.
The debut still rosé from Riverview Crouch Valley.
Aromas of sweet red berries with a light twist of orange peel, the palate has fresh acidity and just a touch of sweetness to create balance in this elegant style of rosé.
Fermented in stainless steel then aged on the fine lees for several months to retain freshness and accentuate body.
Limited edition, only 900 bottles produced.

Single varietal, single vineyard Chardonnay from the exceptional 2022 harvest.
Aromas of citrus and cream with a little lime zestiness beautifully complements flavours of juicy mandarin, racy acidity and a hint of perfumed lychee, resulting in a creamy, mouth-watering finish.
Hand-harvested at the end of October 2022.
This Chardonnay was fermented partially in stainless steel to retain fresh fruit character from the beautiful aromatic clones, with the remainder fermented in old French barriques to add complexity and weight.
The wine was put through malolactic fermentation before being aged on the fine lees for a further 10 months in barrel.
Our Chardonnay is made from a mixture of classic Burgundian and aromatic clones:
Inra 76, Inra 548 and Fr 155.

Single varietal, single vineyard Pinot Noir from the exceptional 2022 harvest.
Red and dark fruit aromas of cherries, plums, forest fruits, plums and damson. A hint of chocolate, black pepper and warming smokiness on the finish, resulting in a truly elegant wine.
Hand-harvested at the end of October 2022.
The Pinot Noir was fermented in small open top fermenters with 10% whole bunch fruit. Pigéage took place up to 3 times a day at the height of fermentation, then once a day through an extended soak post-ferment.
Racked and pressed to barrel in 30% new oak for full malolactic fermentation and further ageing for 12 months.
Our Pinot Noir is made from a mixture of Spatburgunder and Geisenheim clones: FR1801, F105(s), WeM171 and GM1.
