Single varietal Chardonnay hand harvested at the end of October 2021.
Aromas of citrus and cream with a little lime zestiness beautifully complements flavours of juicy mandarin, racy acidity and a hint of perfumed lychee, resulting in a creamy, mouth-watering finish.
Fermented in old French barriques using traditional Burgundian yeast, then maintained in oak for malolactic fermentation and further ageing for another 12 months. Regular battonage provides extra creaminess and body.
Small batch, only 900 bottles produced.

"Complete, sensual and balanced Chardonnay. Gentle yet sophisticated. The oak regime matches the fruit perfectly. The wine is pampering the palate. Sensational."
Single varietal Pinot Noir hand harvested at the beginning of November 2021.
Delicate floral notes and lifted red fruit aromas of strawberry, red currant and cranberry, with just a hint of smoke, orange peel and sweet spice on a lingering finish.
Extended hanging time on the vines ensured peak physiological ripeness was achieved. Fermented in small batches with manual pigéage to help with extraction of flavour and structure. Transferred to French oak barrels for malolactic fermentation and further ageing for 12 months.
Small batch, only 900 bottles produced.
As recommended by Alice Lascelles, Financial Times - "The transparent Pinot Noir 2021 was a standout for me at a recent WineGB tasting."
Our debut wine: Single varietal Chardonnay picked in October in the exceptional 2020 harvest.
